![]() So I ended up looking for another item for a week and I finally found the best offer for the balance I had and I lost over 30 USD and 7 days of searching for a reasonably priced item. I asked for escalation to a manager and did not receive a response for 4 days. Terrible responses and response time from the support, I explained the whole situation and the answer I received was " as far as I can see, the money is in your balance, sir", which is horrendous. ![]() So you see a good offer and add a balance, you never get your item, they do not offer refunds and if I say that the customer support is terrible, that would be a compliment. After waiting for 10 Minutes to confirm the trade, the seller cancelled the trade and I did not receive anything and now I am stuck with the balance. I specifically added the balance to purchase an AWP Asiimov which was listed on shadowpay for 225.92 USD. If you see a good offer on that website, NEVER USE IT! Other methods of showing your FPS include using 3rd party programs such as NVIDIA Shadowplay, Rivatuner or fraps. There are simply better CSGO trading sites out there. ![]() I was bait and switched by a good offer and then slam dunked with no way to withdraw my funds. No big deal, I'll just withdraw my money, now at a $200 loss because of fees, but I guess it's a lesson learnt? The website then tells me I can only withdraw money that I recieve from selling an item for some reason? A massive waste of time and money, and now I get to spend money on skins I don't even want, and lose even more money (short term), thanks ShadowPay! You won't see any mention of this withdrawing anywhere obvious, because that would scare away customers of course. I am now stuck with thousands on a site and no interest in anything else on there, since their stock is not the most diverse ever. I click buy on the item, and since this is a site where the user does not deposit their item (I didn't know this until later), the seller ends up not sending the item, and removing the listing, with no punishment. ![]() Crypto is limited to 1.5$k deposit for some reason, so I now deposit multiple times to get the money I need for the trade I want. My card gets declined every time I try, with no error from my bank, so I opt to use crypto instead. I couldn't make an offer on an item without depositing money, fair enough.
